Welcome to JobTreker

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JobTreker ("we," "our," or "us"), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by Integrator Solutions, designed to help contractors manage leads, schedules, communication, and automation tools. By accessing or using JobTreker, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into legally binding agreements on behalf of your business to use JobTreker. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing JobTreker offers multiple subscription tiers (Standard, Pro, Elite) with different feature sets. Plans are billed monthly or annually and will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable, including partial use of services. You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file at all times.

3. AI Employee & Virtual Assistant Features Some plans include AI-powered features and Virtual Assistant (VA) support. These services have defined usage limits per plan. Any additional usage beyond included limits will incur separate charges, which will be transparently communicated. JobTreker is not responsible for outcomes resulting from user-configured automation, AI decisions, or VA actions.

4. Optional Setup Services We offer optional onboarding and setup services to assist in configuring your account. These services are paid separately and do not guarantee business outcomes. Your participation and timely cooperation are required for successful setup.

5. Acceptable Use Policy You agree to use JobTreker only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the platform to send spam or unauthorized marketing

Violate the rights of others

Interfere with platform operations or security

Attempt to reverse-engineer or clone the software Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Data Privacy and Security We prioritize the security of your data. JobTreker uses industry-standard practices to protect personal and business information. You retain ownership of your data. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and client information.

7. Intellectual Property All content, software, branding, and materials within JobTreker remain the property of Integrator Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform during your active subscription. You may not duplicate or distribute our software or content without written consent.

8. Service Availability We aim to provide reliable access to JobTreker but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or implement upgrades. Feature sets may be modified at any time with prior notice.

9. Termination You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, access will be revoked, and your data will be retained for a limited period to allow for export upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobTreker and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via email or within the platform. Continued use of JobTreker after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Howard County, Indiana.
